Judging
The Bible says: He who has not sinned, cast the first stone.
So what I want to know is: who is the first person to throw the first stone? Because to my knowledge, everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Do not judge, lest you be judged.
The Bible also says: Touch not my annointing...
And as the famous saying goes: who are you to judge, only God can judge me.
I am saying all this because everybody is throwing Bishop Eddie Long under the bus. No [one] sin is worse than the other. I don't know if his allegations are true. I wasn't there when it happened and I am not in the minds of the ones involved. But everybody has faults and mistakes and we should not look down on him just because of the things coming out on him. I am on no one's side. I just feel like as long as Bishop E. Long repents then we should move on from there.
People are so quick to throw mega churches' pastors under the bus because of jealousy and other reasons.
Ima stop ranting though! But let's just pray for every party that is involved. That is all we [as outsiders looking in] can do.

Heavy on My Shoulder
I really have a heart for the homeless.
not sure if I blogged about it before.
I definitely would love to start my own shelter.
Volunteering to help the homeless just warms my little heart.
It is so many people who are homeless and for some, it is people we would least expect.
So, I plan on graduating next fall [Dec 2011].
Hopefully once I graduate I will have enough time to execute the plan that I want.
I'm going to do some strenuous research on it. Build a PowerPoint and start talking to some top notch people because I plan to exceed with this goal!

Yesterday a school organization were giving away fishes. You could also decorate your own fish bowl.

Yesterday, mostly out of boredom, I decided to paint my toe nails.
They haven't been painted since school started! I know, shame shame.

In the mist of all the excitement, I decided to do my finger nails too.

Burn
Ya'll like seriously? What is this world coming to?
We have a man who is a pastor of a church trying to burn the Koran because he's trying to show that something is wrong!
Like what the freak! Does he know how many lives he is putting in danger just because he wants to exercise his 1st amendment???
I am a Christian; burning the Bible would upset me. When you have nations of people who are Muslim [and it is one of the fastest growing religions] you are setting yourself and the country you live in for failure!
I really hope he doesn't go through with it.
My people, my people. SMH
Why is this man getting so much media?? He only has a congregation of about 50 people.
Like if he goes through with this, I will be scared for my life and my fellow Americans.

Shea Butter
I talked about Shea Butter in a previous post and how I couldn't wait to use it because I heard it worked better than Cocoa Butter.
I figured I oughta give my 2cents now because I've been using it for about 2 or 3 weeks.
This stuff works!!! Like seriously, I just bought some more. It definitely is superior to cocoa butter because I was using cocoa butter like a month before using the shea butter!
Like I notice this one spot on my arm that is definitely fading!
Another thing: my sister and I both wore sandals on may places we went to in Cali...I used shea butter she had regular lotion. My shea butter lasted all day! Never once had ashy feet..it looked like I had socks on all day! Love it! :)
The only this is you must be consistent with it if you want to see results. I use it as a lotion so that's why I am seeing fast results.

Question: I've been wanting some cute flat shoes that I can wear around campus. I want different colors and styles, but most importantly! ...I need comfort; I want something that has an arch because real flat shoes just aren't good for you. Where can I get some??? [They need to be college student-proof affordable aka cheap]
