Lemongrass Day Spa Update

So I just checked my mailbox and I must say that I approve Lemongrass Day Spa! I have not been back yet because of financial reason, but hopefully I will be able to go back within the next two weeks. They sent me a thank you card! That is definitely customer service! The thank you card was hand written by the owner, who also performed my microdermbrasion.
Within the letter:
An advertising magnet
A two-sided lamented coupon for $10 off any hour service and a one free appetizer and/or one glass of wine from Two Friends Cafe' & Market [which is right beside them and I saw it and was like I have to check them out!
And a sample that is suppose to increase firmness around the eyes.

If this isn't customer service at its best then I do not know what is!
This is definitely the type of stuff that makes you want to come back! It's almost like I feel obligated to and I cannot wait!
