In hopes of healthier living, I have a Calorie Tracker App. I've always heard when you record what you eat, you will visually be able to tell what you need to cut out of your diet. And that it works!
For the first two weeks I have had a goal of only eating fried foods a max of 2/3 times a week. I also decided to cut back on my sweets [which I have been doing pretty good on, considering.]
I have been exercising 4x a week, with an exception of last week.
I feel good and I am at a place where I am not exercising for the weight loss but more so for healthier living. If I lose weight, that will be a plus.
Lately, exercising has also been a way for me to escape the outside world. Things get so busy and hectic that it is very easy to get stressed out. I've never been the one to stress, fortunately.
However, I am trying to keep it that way. I can honestly say exercising is helping in that area, which is why I believe it is no longer a struggle to go to the gym.
I'm excited and ready to see results mentally and physically!
