
These are the pictures of the vitamins that I take on a daily basis!
The biggest one::Omega3-fish oil:: I started taking it because I heard someone says it helps your hair grow.
::Multivitamin:: it just gives you all the substances you need that you might not have everyday.
::Grapeseed Complex:: I am not reall sure what that does, I just started taking it because my daddy told me it helps with your skin [he's a vitamin freak!]
One last thing that isn't pictured: WATER!!
Since late May/early June I made sure I drink a gallon a day! It flushes out a lot of stuff and it is healthy for your hair and skin. In fact, others have noticed a great difference in my skin. Only recently did I realize it was because of the water [seeing how I did not do anything different with my facial products.]
