Healthy Living

So from kindergarten to about 2nd grade, I never had a real occupation. I wanted to be a mommy! lol reality set in the when a girl told me that every girl can be a mommy. So after that I told every one I wanted to be a dentist,

As I digress,
I always had this idea that when I get pregnant, I'm going to eat right and exercise daily. When I say eat right, I mean: no fried foods, no sweets, right portions, and so on...
And everyone that knows me knows that I love love love sweets! I always joke and say I have a permanent sweet tooth!
I am alright just as long as I have sweets and meets!

But as I was thinking.. it will be real hard to stop all this stuff as soon as I found out I was pregnant. What I need to do is prepare now! So I am putting myself on a strict diet! ..and no, it is not to lose weight. It is for exactly what I said, diet..which means healthy living : for me at least!
So, for the love of me, I will TRY to stop eating fried foods [of course it will take time so I am giving myself 2 days out of the week for now], no sweets [except for once a week and special occasions (such as" Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, my birthday!)], more grilled or baked food, and PLENTY of vegetables.and vitamins! :)

Hope it works...seriously, I want to live healthy.
Starting next semester [I know!, "why put off today what you can do tomorrow"] I will make a regular appearance at the gym. I was looking at this year's schedule and I could have been at the gym AT LEAST! 6 days a week..ugh! *kicks myself in the butt*. But next semester for sure!!
