We as humans, do not want to feel pain. But what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. I am listening to a young pastor right now and what he is saying is making soo much since!
The Lord doesn't put on you more than you can bear!
However, pain needs to happen [rather it is physical, mental, emotional] because then will you draw near God.
If you notice, most people only come to God in time of need. God wants us to come to Him. Of course, He prefer if you come to Him all the time. But to know that you will come to Him in time of need warms His heart!
So don't ask God why every time something happens that isn't how you want it to. Everything happens for a reason and God will see you through everything! Pain and all...
Seriously, ya'll should listen to his sermon.
He says that sin is stronger than you. You cannot walk away from sin because it feels too good. Sin will bargain with you. Temptation is real! And slowly but surely you walk away from God because sin feels so good. Even though God is treating you real good, you walk away.
Anyway,, I'm not go blog about the whole sermon..it's ling, but good!
