Empowering

So today I went to something quite inspiring! To sum it all up! You have what you ask for, which is something I've been blogging about for the longest in various blog post. You have to speak things into existance in order to be successful. A well known blogger: Mattie came to my school to speak to a group of girls. I wish I could just have recorded her that way what she says I will be reminded of at least weekly. Oh well! She spoke on beauty, fashion, and personality [for lack of better words.] She presented numerous staple items one must have in her closet [of course I love shopping so I was taking mental notes!]
Things such as:
The go to jeans! The little back dress! The perfect flat shoes! The perfect blazer! The perfect trench coat! The go to shirt!The perfect black trousers! and lastly, the perfect statement jewelry!

Each different go to item can produce multiple outfits! So wearing them over and over will not make it look like you are wearing the same thing if you change it up! I.E. You can dress up the trousers with a nice top or dress it down [for a night out] with a jean blazer or something of that sort. Something simple can be paired with the staple accessories to make it seem more "glam" than "oh."
Also..something that really stuck out to me: do not be cheap when it comes to shoes! Don't buy shoes that will only last for a season. You must be able to wear them over and over again! So that encourages me to go all out with shoes, don't be cheap!

Jumping back to her inspirational message she gave a list of things to do such as : be inspiring, focused, confident, presentable, original, consistent, prepated, involvved, resilient, and brand. Lastly, become!!!
Anyway..I could blog so much about this but I do not have time.
